Nearly a year since my first contact with Georgina, and I'm finally looking forward to getting my flat into a hospitable condition. Poor design and a complete lack of competence led to my flat needing several repairs and mould treatment, which isn't good for someone who has a serious heart condition. My local council are so bad, even incompetence refuses to be linked with them. Despite having zero phone signal in the property, Georgina still worked to get the repairs done. I'm still waiting for them to be sorted, but at least they're getting acknowledged. The compensation was nice, but the fact that soon I will no longer have a water feature and indoor garden is something to look forward to.
