I reported a leak in one bedroom in November 2021 to the local authority. The leak was coming from the roof into the light socket and dripping continuously. The local council didn't respond as an emergency and my chases to them continuously failed The ceiling plaster was now damaged and flaking onto the bedroom floor and the bed itself So I took the matter into my own hands and saught legal advice from Driscoll. Fast forward to now Driscoll have managed my case for the period and have been ever so supportive. They have understood the needs of the ongoing issues I have faced. Damages to my property and my belongings. The distress caused to my family. They are emotionally supportive and never failed to keep me updated on my case whenever I've had to find out something. They never left me waiting for replies be it by emails or phone calls The team are very professional and have been amazing throughout a very tough time and house move for me

Customer service has been brilliant, have kept my Grandparents up to date with everything that has been going on. There was some back and forth negotiating but my Grandparents have been given a completion date for repairs and received some compensation. All in all we can't complain about the service received and would recommend them.
