I found what I wanted-cassette tapes. Easy to transfer items from cart to paying. Received a receipt immediately.

The initial response said there were 2 calls ahead of me. After 45 minutes on hold, I left a message for a call back - no call came. Next day I called again and after 20 minutes on hold the rep said she would have to transfer me to another department - and promptly hung up on me. I left a written message - no response !! I will not order anything more from them!!!

I called up this afternoon. To customer service. About a order and charges. I was disconnected. Then I tried calling back, kept getting disconnected. Finally got through and he told me. The order was never made. And he canceled my membership. Very upset! Will not be ordering from them again.

Heartland America corrected the issue that I had and other than being radically overpriced on most of what they sell, they convinced me that they care about their customers and I will now shop with them again.

Saw what I wanted and purchased it.

Be careful what you order items expensive as well but I have had both good and bad experience with products I am waiting for refund on two of my items that were defective customer service was pleasant when I spoke with them just be mindful of what you order

Customer # 2325088 / Order # 2212823100 (Rip Off / Rip Off) We ordered 3 pairs of Men's shorts from Heartland Americaq who advertised the shorts as having "Twin zippered Hand Pockets." We only ordered the shorts as we needed the zippered pockets. On May 13,2022 we received the order from Heartland, and NOT ONE PAIR of shorts had zippered pockets. On May 16, 2022 we called Heartland who could only send a Return shipping label. Am a disabled Army Veteran, living alone and a "shipping label" is not good enough for their Advertising Mistake. We think it is even illegal as one does not get what they paid for. We will shop at a company with honest integrity in the future. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, HEARtLAND AMERICA. *******Later Heartland did in fact issue full refund for shorts. We changed stars to four and recommend if buyer stays in contact with Seller

On line help is good but when you get a Heartland America representative on the line it is great! Friendly knowledgeable and most of all, helpful. Thanks to all the folks on the phone.
