I ordered a pair of Pacific Grey Hiking…

I ordered a pair of Pacific Grey Hiking boots that when I ordered them I got a text asking me if I wanted to join the buyer club, I replied YES Then never received my Boots. Called Heartland America they said they sent out letters about my order but I NEVER RECEIVED any letter of cancellation or payment denied.

Products were very Cheaply made for the price. I could have bought the same things at Dollar Tree. One item didn't work. To get them to credit your money back is a joke. I have been waiting since Dec 16th. I understand the holidays make things challenging I was told to contact them if I didn't receive a refund by 1/12/2021, and was told that is was going to be another week UNACCEPTABLE. I asked to talk with a Supervisor and got the run around her as well. She told me that she couldn't refund my membership fee because I used part of the membership, I don't understand that when I sent all the items back. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND HEARTLAND AMERICA.

Returned Merchandise Late

I had ordered and received several rechargeable hair clippers which were not holding a charge. I did not realize that 3 of the 4 items were not working until approx. 6 weeks after I received them and called customer service to see if they would take them back. I was offered a return shipping label and a store credit for the return items which I accepted. I've been a customer of Heartland for a few years and never had to return an item before but I'm glad they would stand behind the integrity of their merchandise.
