Our first order contained a gift for our daughter's birthday. The delivery date would have been the week afterwards. To our surprise it arrived a full ten days early. I ordered a 3 piece phone set. The next day I received the same item my son purchased for his mid-80's parents. I immediately called to cancel the item I ordered. I was told I could not do so, just refuse to accept it when it would arrived. I did as I was told. You did return a portion of my money. Thank you very much; however, you have lost a customer!
