Paid over 2000 for this course

Paid over 2000 for this course, had to put things on hold because I got sick and literally couldn't sit my theory or do lessons. They charged me to bring the course off hold twice, told me i couldn't get a refund, then told me they could put the course on an extended hold but only if i paid even more. They're like scam artists.

I passed first time, instructor was great but PassMeFast left me pressed for time.

I passed first time and had a great instructor. PassMeFast took over 3 months to get me this instructor and I was told they reached out specifically to the Instructor I was allocated and they had to go out their way to come to my location. This left me with instead of doing multiple 3 hour lessons a week I ended up doing 12 hour weekends for a month straight to barely fit in the the 48 hours of lessons I pre-paid for. If I didn't reach out to them I highly doubt they would've found me an instructor. I didn't bend the knee when they asked if I should change test date either making them find me a instructor. Overall the app and experience is fluid but if you live in a rural area like me it could end with you needing to press for an instructor and if you don't pre-pay they might even snooze more than they did with me. I did pass fast but it wasn't easy due to PassMeFast.

DO NOT USE PASSMEFAST

(I do not usually write reviews but I am so beyond appalled with this business and now I don’t have enough money to learn to drive till I finish university). They have not done a single part of the job right. Not only me, but my instructor as well, have been scammed every step of the way by this company. I payed for 20 hours intensive in August 2024. I am yet to receive an intensive driving course or a test. I was given my 20 hours however this was not intensive. My driving instructor was not made aware by PassMeFast that I had payed for an intensive course and when I asked him about this “intensive” course, he told me that he does not offer them. Additionally, I was told that my test would be in January 2025. My course started and finished many months before my test date. I was under the assumption that my lessons would be closer to my test date as it was supposedly “intensive”. On top of this, two days before my test I checked the government website to check the time of my test. I found out that it had been moved to April and not a single person told me. When I finished my course of lessons, I felt ready enough to take my test. Now as it has been so long since I last drove, I feel that all of my money has been wasted. I am no longer even slightly confident in my driving ability. With regards to my driving instructor, he has been underpaid and my money has gone to the wrong person. I was told by PassMeFast that my instructor would take 50% of the money I paid. I will not discuss how much he made but it was about 30% of what I spent. Meaning that these scammers have been taking away money from not only their customers, but also the instructors that they are commissioning. I could go on and on but I don’t feel that it’s necessary. They did not give me an intensive course and I was not offered a refund or compensation. They do not do the one thing they are supposed to. Find a local instructor yourself and book your own tests. Don’t give these people any of your money as they will only use it to keep scamming others.

I don’t recommend them.

Taking PassMeFast has been the worst experience, they said over the sales call that it would be a crash course which was a lie. I literally got a private hire who said if I’d just gotten him separately it would have been cheaper. When I asked to change instructor they said I needed a good reason and the fact I felt uncomfortable and messed about with the one I had didn’t count.

Overall horrible experience

Overall horrible experience, waited a whole year before a practical test was booked, for them to cancel that test a couple months later. Almost £2500 for a service I’ve yet to receive from a company who claims to “pass you fast”. Overall I do not recommend this company, your best bet is to find a local instructor to get lessons and will help with booking your practical test and making the whole situation a much smoother experience.

Amazing

He was welcoming laid back and very calm gave thorough instructions and made me feel at ease, whole 100% recommend him to anyone, nice bloke easy to talk to!
