I have put off booking an intense course for so long, with the fear of failing and having to pay so much money out again, however after getting the courage and just making the call, I spoke with Jamie, he was amazing, covered all basis put my mind at ease and was very patient as I kept talking over him with nerves and excitement. Warning Selective scammers- Struggling to get thru on phone. Require refund due to services not rendered, many mistakes in past, over more than 2 years now since paid £1630 culminating this time in driving instructor not being paid this week and lessons/ test consequently falling thru. I don’t have the energy to dance about, it’s going to be legal letter outlining the case to trading standards and small claim courts if not resolved this week. Have full documentation of failed promises.
