I had a fantastic experience with Charlie! Despite initial payment issues, Charlie was super responsive and called me back within the hour to resolve the problem. What really impressed me was how upbeat and enthusiastic Charlie was throughout the entire conversation. They were knowledgeable about the payment options and provided me with all the information I needed to complete the process. When I asked them to call me back to finalize the payment, they did so with a cheerful attitude, making sure I had all my questions answered and was comfortable with the payment method. Charlie's excellent customer service and dedication to resolving the issue quickly left me feeling confident and satisfied with the interaction. 5 stars!
