Amazing Driving Instructor

I had a fast track driving test via PassMeFast and was given an amazing instructor, Andy. He helped me develop my driving soo much and made sure I was ready for my test. Not only was he patient and kind, he always made sure to explain my faults and errors so that there was growth. I would definitely recommend him, as he helped me pass my test 1st time! He was incredibly encouraging, especially when I doubted myself.

Scam

The company is a scam. I booked 30 hours from this company and didn't consider the 400 pounds deposit I gave them. It also took 1 hr at least to reach them via phone call. I don't recommend their injustice.

DO NOT WASTE MONEY

So I signed-up because of their value proposition which is to get fast-tracked a test + get a driving instructor that picks you up from your home. As I work full time + have a young child that was obviously very convenient. What happened then didn't match AT ALL their proposal (a) I've had 3 driving instructors that all wanted me to meet them 1.5h away from my house for each 2h lessons. While the customer service swore they talked to the instructor and that the instructor was okay to come close to where I am. 3H travel back and forth for 2h lessons doesn't sound convenient at all suddenly right? (b) It's been 6 months and still no test date. At the same time a friend of mine signed up to a driving school not far from his house, traditional brick and mortar one,... he got a date and passed it last week. Do not waste your money, just go to a traditional school you'll gain in time, in money and lesser headaches

I did not downgrade the test because I wanted to

when I spoke to one of the customer service assistant who rang me and whom I made my enquiries she didn’t tell me it’s going to take 45 days to get me a test date or an instructor. She convinced me that you guys are the fastest and I should pay my deposit and get started only for me to deposit £250 and waited for a few days, without hearing any updates I rang the company I was told to cancel my initial test date I already book so that passmefast can book for me. Which I did, I waited a couple of days, still no update, when I rang the office they said it would take up 45 days to get me booked, I was really shocked, So I even rang the office again to ask them if they can get me an instructor so I can start taking lessons pending when they can find a test date, I was told I still have to wait for 30days to get an instructor. I’m seriously in need to start taking lessons because of my job. I had a time frame I needed to meet up. I would have pushed through with another instructor but I fell for the words the first customer service assistant i spoke to told me and I thought the company answered its name. Now I can’t wait for 45 days I rang back and I was told they would not refund me back my deposit that they can only refund me £100. I didn’t get any services and you are taking £150 off me? It is very painful. I Want to opt out, but I was told the only way I can get some money back was if they downgrade my test. And I’ll be refunded £100 which £150 has been taken off me. I don’t need the services anymore because that’s too much waiting time for me.
