Very complicated procedure to send off your test result, not easy to use. Tap and send photo, didn't work you have to take a photo separately before and after and upload them.

The test arrived very promptly and the instructions were clear. Still don't know why we had to pay£17 50 for them when they are the same as the NHS free ones.

Great experience using Now Test for travel to the UK. Test arrived as scheduled and was waiting at the hotel upon our arrival for our Day 2 test. The written instructions in the box and the instructional video were easy to follow. The result verification was very fast and the certificate was quickly sent and usable for re-entry in the EU. Would definitely use again and highly recommend it
