From start to finish my experience with 123floor was very positive. I had put off having a new carpet for years as it was for a large room with a lot of furniture. The appointments made for measuring and fitting the carpet were kept on time (except for the fitting day when the fitter's van broke down and alternative arrangements had to be made, even so the work was completed on time).
