I was dealing with an insurance claim and used 123 Floor in London Rd. St Albans for the first time. Rob dealt with me in the shop and on-line and all the estimating, floor screeding and final fitting was on time. The fact that the whole process took some 5 months because of insurance delays was not the shop's fault and I was kept fully informed. The estimator and fitters were on time and each was an expert in his field. The overall job was completed to a very high standard in an area that was far from straight forward. I cannot thank Rob and Charley enough for their time, help and patience with selecting our hall floor. We are half way through our hall/stairs and landing project and we could not have had more help. I knew the look I wanted to achieve and I know I am half way there. There is so much to choose from (too much for me), but 123 Floor know their business and knew what would suit our style of house and what would withstand our family and menagerie of animals. We finally went with Amtico and it looks fantastic. And I really mean that! The fitter worked so hard to complete the job in one day and he was a credit to the 123 Floor team.
