I was unsure what sort of flooring I needed and popped in by chance when I passed the shop on my recent trip to St Albans. The staff were very helpful and advised me how to choose a suitable product for my bathroom floor. I will definitely be recommending to friends/family and will be going back when I re-carpet my house next year.

We are very pleased that we decided to order our stairs carpet from 123floor. The service was attentive and fitting quality was high. Charlie came for a visit and produced quote very promptly and was happy to answer my questions in expedient manner. Most importantly, Charlie's focus was always on the quality of the final result. It was easy to see that he wanted to be proud for the completed job and wasn't prepared to cut corners.

I found 123 Floor via Google and from the start I received fantastic service. The staff were all knowledgeable, professional and above all, courteous. Once I had selected my new flooring, the process of purchase through to installation was seamless. The fitters were friendly and efficient and did a very good job. They also cleaned up after themselves which was most appreciated. All in all, a five star experience.

123 flooring have lots of experience, really fab products, there is no point looking anywhere else. Charlie and Rob are very helpful and time scales were met. I've used them in two different properties now for a variety of flooring coverings and will continue to used them in the future personally and with my business.

I was recommended to 123 Floor by a neighbour who couldn’t praise Rob and Charlie enough. Fair enough I thought I’ll give them a go. Nothing prepared me for the sheer professionalism of this business. I lost count of how many times Rob came around with endless samples, patiently talking me through colours and styles until we found exactly what we were looking for. I’m so pleased I took Rob’s advice on replacing our underlay at the same time, my new carpet feels so soft underfoot. The fitters were exceptional, no mess, took everything away and then when everything was done the carpet was stain proofed and all my furniture put back. It just doesn’t get any better than this. I have no hesitation in recommending 123 Floor to anyone.
