Great service from Charlie and the team @ 123. Good advice initially in store and comfortable to estimate from plan. Fitters friendly and efficient and our new kitchen floor looks fantastic

We got there on the end but disappointing service. First via email I was told they couldn’t come on the agreed date, which messed up my work plans and then when they did come Wayne, our fitter who was fantastic didn’t have the right tools. He kindly agreed to come back the following weekend to save me having me to take even more time off. No word from Head office or apology from them. I wonder if they have got too big? Reply by them not quite accurate i chases Charlie. As I said Wayne superb. Quality of floor good but head office disappointing. Thank you

Nice people to buy from - they’re friendly, they arrive when they say they will for the quotation and the fitting and they do a quality job - can’t fault them. Prices seem fair - we’ve had two rooms done with Amtico as two separate jobs and I’m really pleased with the results - Thank you!

I was really impressed with 123. They responded to emails quickly, the flooring fitter arrived punctually and worked quickly, and they even sorted out a minor problem with minimum fuss. The finished floor looks great and was well worth the money.
