Excellent service, very helpful staff. Fitters very friendly, turned up on time maybe even a little early, fitted 3 bedrooms, 2 landings and 2 stairs in a full day, cleaned up after and did a really tidy job, very impressed overall.

The workmanship was excellent. The organisation of the dates and the help we received was also excellent.

These guys laid an Amtico floor on the ground floor of our house. Really knowledgeable in-store and were happy to meet a quote from another supplier. Great communication throughout the buying and measuring process, and the fitter was very good. Even came around and replaced an Amtico tile free-of-charge after I'd managed to scratch it within a week of having it! Would happily use again for another flooring project.

New vinyl flooring in bathroom and cloakroom following a flood. Good selection to choose from and friendly and helpful team. Only hiccup was a delay in fitting the bathroom due to a mistake in the ordering process. Never mind we are really pleased with the finished result and would go back again.

Great service from 123 Floor. When I first went into the shop nothing was too much trouble. They listened to what I wanted and pulled samples for me to look at. The fitter was prompt, friendly and did an awesome job. I'll be using them for the rest of house as I make my way round it.

Had to wait quite a few weeks for the dates but it was worth the wait, my kitchen floor looks fantastic and we will be returning soon for carpet. We had used them years ago and went back due to excellent service.
