We've had bedroom and stair carpets and stair runners so far from 123Floor. The carpets are great quality and they helped us choose the right ones, which was extremely helpful. Their guidance on matching colours and wear and price was invaluable. The fitters who came were friendly and professional. We're really happy with everything from 123Floor. They also came and patched up some pieces that we needed after we'd had some door frames enlarged - the patches are so good, you hardly notice where they are. I was so impressed with everything. My new build needed new carpets throughout the house as well as a carpet wrapped around my bespoke new beautiful open metal staircase. 123 Floor were outstanding from the moment we walked into their showroom through to completion. Having purchased carpets from the team a number of years ago, I found myself in the unfortunate position of having to match replacements following some property damage. With the existing range no longer being available, Charlie and Mel sourced the closest possible match, and having ordered on Monday last week they supplied and fitted on the Wednesday - fantastic ! Unfortunetely the floor had to get lifted again due to a plumbing issue, but Mel sorted out the fitter to come back the next day to resolve. All in, you simply can ask for better customer service.
