I have been very pleased with my Litelok but after a while it developed a fault. Phil at Litelok talked me through the issues. He then sent replacement locks. Service was friendly, prompt and efficient. I am very impressed with the excellent service I received. Highly recommended.

Honestly one of the nicest down to earth businesses and customer service, my lock was inpenetrable until I broke my key in it myself! They went out their way to help me out, above and beyond what they had to. Much love, spud to Debra in particular! Matty

Overall I like their locks (I have more than one!). Light, secure and easy to use & carry. The locks are definitely 5 star. Some of the service can let them down a little. On one order an my email was input incorrectly so I got no updates when dispatch was delayed and on another items were left out of the shipment. In both cases it was easy to get hold of someone to speak to and rectify the situation, but I wish I didn’t have to. Some better processes and communication might help.

had to chase order as it was incomplete (did not originally delivery the waist attachment for the litelok go), which was a tad annoying. Took a few days before I got a reply about it too (not a quick response)

The lock is heavy and chunky, difficult to get through the frame of my folding bike and also difficult the lock. Lots of strength needed to unlock it too, but I do feel confident that it will keep the bike safe.

I ordered two locks and am pleased with the locks themselves. However, the delivery side of things needs a bit of work. I ordered on 1 June. The delivery was on 7 June but initially only one lock was sent. I got in touch immediately and I was promised that the second would be sent 'tomorrow via DHL express'. Nothing came. I got in touch a couple more times and eventually received an email that it would be sent 'today' on 16 June. I then finally received it the following day

Very pleased with my Litelok. A robust piece of kit that sat snugly round my waist as I cycled. Possibly should have bought the next size up but fine in a standard bike rack. Impressive quality for the price.

I used to use a heavy u-lock but now use my Litelock Go all the time. So light that when I wear it I soon forget it's there!
