Garbage

Garbage. Stated in a phone call that they were 'grinder proof' absolutely not. Junk. Dont bother. Fit a tracker or hide your bike indoors. There is no such thing as a bike safe lock..

Massive delays

Huge delay, ordered at the start of March from a major retailer (SBS) and now have a shipping date of 30th June for a Core moto 125. Retailer states they haven’t received any stock. May well be a good product but awful service and has already missed several trips I wanted to take it on. If you want it for next season I’d order now…

I ordered in the beginning of the time…

I ordered in the beginning of the time frame and shipping would start in april. Now we are may 9th and still no update. I mailed to ask order status but no reply yet. They have a communication problem and don't seem to take customers serious. I'm sad to see it this way. They responded to my phonecall. Hopefully the locks are on its way soon (as promised). Update : they arrived 15may. 4 months but I must say worth the wait !

Don't bother if you want it this year

Ordered 4th March for early April preorder delivery, 23 Rd April still no sign informed by customer care they had started delivery but had a backlog from January not great really so went with the equivalent competitor for an angle grinder resistant lock which came immediately such a shame really as had high expectations for the lock also unsure if it was just the wording of their emails. But they came across quite rude probably sick of all the folk emailing asking where their order is

Litelick D-Lock X1

First and foremost there is no other D-Lock this secure and it's for that reason I purchased the X1 for my bicycle. However come on Litelok your kit is awesome, but you instruction videos are beyond appalling. First they are almost impossible to find and when you do they do not show you how to mount the holding bracket correctly to a bicycle, and are so dark as to be next to useless and even if you can view them the demonstrators hands are in the way. As for the key issue too many people including myself have an issue with them. Otherwise a brilliant product let down by quality control issues and garbage instructions.

This is the second LL gold I’ve had and…

This is the second LL gold I’ve had and it’s had the same problem after a couple of years use - the key stops unlocking the lock and you have to really work it to eventually unlock it. Today I spent ten minutes panicking as I tried to unlock it again. Once unlocked it was thrown in the recycling. It does deter thieves but the cylinder eventually gives up.

Litelok X1

Litelok X1 A truly brilliant product completely ruined by appalling customer service and silly niggles that should have been sorted early on. I Purchased the Litelok X1 having watched many YouTube videos and was seriously impressed with its defensive capabilities. I received mine in good order and very quickly no issue there. However I could not find any instruction manual regarding the mounting bracket which you need to put together and attach to your bike, after hours of absolute frustration searching online for an instruction video, I emailed them, No response what-so-ever . By now frustrated and really annoyed I re-wrapped it to post back to them and then as I did I spotted on what I thought was just picture of the lock on the very bottom in the right corner typed in tiny light grey wording that are easily missed the words ‘Manuel’ which you then have to photograph and the instructions appear on your phone, what a palaver. Having had the lock a couple of months now the lock is still extremely difficult to get the key into it and can take several attempts, not good at all especially at this price, will the locking mechanism fail? I do not know but it’s NOT Good. Meanwhile when cycling on my local roads some of which admittedly are not super-smooth here in London the lock slowly swings out of true hitting my knee as I cycle, heaven help anyone on a dirt track or off road ride. Would I recommend buying one and there in lies the issue there is nothing else that secure.

Two Litelocks One no match for an angle grinder

I purchased two Litelocks One for my ebike and both of my wheels were securely locked to the bike rack. I was gone for 20 minutes and my bike was stolen. From watching the CCTV it seems that the lock did not put that much of a fight against the angle grinders the thieves used. I'm pretty heartbroken!
