I've now got 2x litelock core plus and couldn't be happier. Two so I can secure both front and back wheels, you can use for both bicycles and motorbikes. A bit of trouble ordering through a different supplier (you can only get direct now) thanks to Deborah and Mark for sorting it out

2 Jahre in Benutzung und kaputt. Lässt sich nicht mehr öffnen. Dafür leicht knacken, war leider nötig... Reklamiert und mit "Garantiezeit vorbei" ein Angebot für ein vergünstgtes neues bekommen. so einen Schei** kauf ich nicht zweimal, auch nicht billiger !
Keine Lieferung trotz Vorkasse. Betrug?
Habe Schloss bestellt am 21. Juli. Es kam eine automatische Antwort, dass Bestellung im Prozess. Keine weitere Meldung. Nun direkt bei hello@... Kontaktaufnahme probiert. Wieder nichts. Ich habe das Schloss wegen der Bewertungen bei Test.de gekauft. Werde mich dort direkt melden und vor Betrugsgefahr warnen. Die vielen Warnungen hier im Netz zeigen, dass hier was faul ist. Mein Geld muss ich mir nun versuchen zurückzuholen.
Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service, website doesn't allow you to post negative reviews. Complete farce. Here is my original review I tried to post which got greyed out on the submit button and never uploaded. Heads up to anyone purchasing, the mount is incredibly poor and the lock will sway from side to side when stored. Tried mounting it directly to the frame with bolts on my checkpoint ALR 5 to see if it would additonally secure it, but because of the way the rubber grabs the lock it is always going to sway while riding. It can hit your leg and knee while pedaling and is extremely uncomfortable. Not sure why this has not been mentioned anywhere, I imagine the company is deleting negative reviews. The lock itself is quality but quite heavy, massive shame the mount was so haphazardly designed considering the huge cost. As an additional note to any purchasers in Canada, it is immensely expensive to return this item (+$70CAD) and they do not state they will cover this cost. Be wary.

UPDATE: 15/8/23: 93 days after ordering the X3 moto, I have received a text from DHL that they have picked up my lock from Litelok. They're still advertising 60 days fulfiment on their website. Litelok has missed half of my address off the package so I redirected it to a parcel locker. Can you people do anything right? The name of my house and a town ten miles away from me isn't going to get the package here, is it? Ordered litelok x3 moto 14/5/23 with delivery timescale on website showing June. Great, I thought, it looks like they have their fulfilment sorted compared with what the reviews were showing. I emailed towards the end of June and was told there had been a tooling issue causing "cosmetic problems" which had set things back. This was around 45 days since order and now being asked to wait longer. I was told an email had been sent. No email in junk or inbox. The website promised 60 days from order to fulfilment that day I checked on progress again 27/7/23 now at 74 days since I paid. Orders are being fulfilled in order they were made, I'm told. The website still promises 60 days fulfilment. These locks are an amazing product which I will begrudgingly wait for but I wont ever buy another product from this company - I had planned to buy one of their wearable locks - and I am left wondering if I will actually receive anything. Have you ever seen a litelok x3 in person? Do they really exist outside of youtube reviews? I'm at 77 days since order date today. I'm pretty sure the only thing I'll ever wait longer for is the birth of a child.
Litelok x1: hopefully stable, terrible Service, cheap holder
I ordered the Litelok x1 on their website. I got no email with order confirmation and no email with receipt ^^ only the money got transfered via paypal. I waited more than 4 Weeks and then i wrote the support. Waited again for over a Week and was about to cancle the order to get my money back via paypal, but then the order confirmation came and a email with some excuses. After that my litelok arrived 1 week later... -.- Okay, at least i got a good bike lock, right ^^ ? Well... i can only hope that the reviews about the stable material are trustworthy and hope nobody is good enough to pick the lock. But the holder that came with the lock is just cheap trash. It doesn't hold the lock straight and it keeps hitting my leg (tried different mounting points). I bought some stainless steel clamps / straps that helped a bit to keep the holder still, but the Twist & Go Plastic is also veeery wanky. I am not really happy. Not with the price i paid & the time i wasted waiting...
ShiteLOK Terrible Customer Service - DO NOT BUY!
Spent £176.97 GBP for atrocious customer service, and horrendous wait-times for a product that never comes. My advice, get a charge back from your bank to get your money back ASAP - this company is clearly useless at order fulfilment and doesn’t understand the first thing about e-commerce or treating their customers fairly. The following quote (which as you’ll notice from other reviews is clearly lies - it’s not “the last 14 days” - it’s always) is from a feeble email, wherein ShiteLok offer me a pointless, free lock-cover (bag) that I foolishly already paid for as part of my original £176.97GBP order. … “We are writing to you today to inform you that we are unfortunately delayed in sending your order and we would like to apologise for this. As a way of apology we will be including a LITELOK X pouch (RRP £19.99) free of charge with your lock when your order is sent. The pouch is robust, lightweight, and machine washable, made from high-quality 3mm neoprene. Over the last 14 days we have seen an unprecedented increase in the volume of LITELOK X1 sales worldwide and with the product being hand made within our UK factory we haven’t been able to ship your lock to you as quickly as we would have liked.” … UTTER NONSENSE

Auch bei mir das Gleiche. Schloss bestellt und über Paypal bezahlt. Ware nicht erhalten und keine Reaktion auf Schreiben und Fragen zum Lieferstatus. Finger weg von Litelok. Habe jetzt Paypal eingeschaltet.

Bin zufriedenX1. Der Kundenservice ist auf jeden Fall super! Das X1 ist wie erwartet sehr robust und gut verarbeitet. Der abschließmechanismus halt leider gelegentlich. Die Halterung für den Rahmen ist eigentlich super jedoch diese Schrauben überdrehen schnell da sie ja in Plastikgewinde sind und dieses dann zerstören ( habe ich dann einfach durch Rohrschellen ersetzt, hält besser und erfüllt voll und ganz seinem Zweck). Das Schloß an sich ist hochwertig und ich hoffe es schützt wie versprochen. Also kann man kaufen aber kleine Verbesserungen währen möglich!
