After reading so many positive reviews on this lock I decided to buy one from the Litelok site. It's very sturdy and angle grinder and bolt cutter proof. It came within 3 days of ordering. Very easy to install. I have a folding ebike so I mounted it on the seat post. Twist the lock off the mount and twist back on. The lock has two keys, which I registered. It looks nice and has reflective stripes. I can lock my bike knowing that the angle grinder villains won't stand a chance.

Great lock, but after just two years the lock cylinder stopped working. I see others have had the same problem. While the lock itself (Litelock One) is fine, after two years use the wire finish is very frayed so it looks scruffy and now the key no longer works. So, a great lock but I expected much, much longer use from it.

This is a follow-up to my initial review regarding confusion over the keying of a LITELOK GO FLEXI-U combo vs twin. Please be aware that only the twin has both locks keyed the same. The combo has a different key for each lock. I do not believe this is adequately explained in the product description or FAQ. Thankfully, Customer Service was very gracious in helping me out with the confusion, so I'm adding a star for excellent service.

I have bought two liteloks from this company. At first they appear to be good locks, although they can be hard to bend. And they do prevent theft - I had one on my bike that a thief tried to steal. They didn't manage to break the lock and get the bike but they did damage the key, so I could not then unlock the bike myself and had to have the lock angle-grinded off. The key is the issue. On my second litelok, which has had barely six months of use, the key has now completely jammed in the lock and will not work. The key mechanism has a plastic cover and feels decidedly flimsy. And litelok only offer a 12 month warranty, which speaks volumes for the quality of their product. Hiplok offer a lifetime warranty and having replaced the Litelok with a hiplok I can say that it is cheaper, not much heavier to carry and has a much more solid feeling metal lock mechanism that does give you the impression it will stand the test of time. And the litelok customer service team can only offer me a 15% discount on a new lock, which still makes the lock more expensive than the hiplok costs from Halfords.

Easy purchase and quick delivery. Great package (no more than necessary). Go Flexi U looks great, minimum weight, easy to handle. Very satisfied so far.

I haven‘t received my items yet, which I would understand if I got an explanation, but there is no answer to my mails. I really want my Money back! I have received my loks and they are much better than the communication. Maybe Litelok should write that shipping takes a while to prevent these misunderstandings.

Tja, bei mir eigentlich das gleiche wie bei den anderen Bewertungen. Ein Schloss vor fast 3 Wochen bestellt, direkt per paypal abgebucht. Auf Emails keine Reaktion. Ich habe jetzt die Konfliktlösung bei Paypal eingeschaltet. Finger weg von Litelok!
