Use it, don't lose it

Read a load of reviews and watched many videos before buying. Not disappointed. The lock is solid and well made. Delivery was excellent, quick and free. I think that anyone who sees this locking your bike will think twice and won't even try to cut it . They will simply move on to something less protected. Made in Britain too.

The tactical mount for Litelok x1 is a game changer!

I've had the litelok x1 for around a year and a half. It's a fantastic lock! I can't fault it in terms of protection and the piece-of-mind that comes with it. Plus, it's not too heavy considering how secure it is. Until now, I had the old-style mount, that made the lock rattle incessantly! I tried several DIY padding/tape/cable-tie combos to stop this, but nothing worked. I'm so glad the tactical mount has come out and my ride has gone back to being smooth and rattle-free! It's easy to install, there's space for my bottle and bottle cage, and the lock fits in the mount like a glove! Highly recommend the x1 lock and tactical mount combo.

Litelock X3 honest review.

For what the lock packs it is very light. I used to use a 19mm case and through hardened steel chain with a kasp closed shackle padlock (19070X). The litelock X3 (also X1) offers much better protection against attacks than that combination does. The X3 uses an Abloy 1 locking cylinder which is solidly encased in the shackle body, that is currently the most pick resistant cylinder in any bike lock. If it has a key it can be picked so let's get that out the way. Having said that this is expert level picking. Bolt cutters can't get a grip on it (42" ones). I've seen this lock cut by an expert. It took 5 cutting discs to remove the lock from a bike using a mains powered angle grinder in around 4 minutes. It's main competition is the DX1000 which took 6 discs to get off (but splitting hairs at this point). But the X3 has a much better cylinder and you can't get a ram into it to bust the lock from the shackle. So I personally believe this is the best lock out there at the moment. >From what I've seen of bike racks it would be easier to cut the rack than the X3. "

Many positive reviews...

Found the brand online, and after checking many reviews around and some other statements from people who bought the Litelok X1 I decided to give it a try. Website is easy to navigate and has plenty of information about the products. Shipping was quite expensive, but delivery arrived sooner than expected (within a week to Toronto, ON, Canada). Recommend.

LiteLock - The Best Cycle & E Bike Locks

I took advantage of LiteLock’s recent Black Friday deal for the X1 and Tech Mount bundle. This is the second LiteLock bike lock that I use to secure my E Bike. IMO these are the best cycle locks available - fantastic build quality, easy to use, secure as can be and they’re designed and made in the UK. Don’t bother with all the other brands…..invest in LiteLock for peace of cycle mind.

X3 bicycle lock

Plusses: Security, and that my bike will be in the same place I left it. Made in the UK. The most angle-grinder resistant lock and diamond rated for insurance company cover. Negatives: Weight - but I knew it'd be heavy as it says it in the description. Size: I knew it wasn't as wide or long as my current Abus Granit x-plus 540. Frame mounting: Doesn't fit inside my frame geometry in the mount as I'm not Ms Average. This needs more work from the design team.

Safe and sound

Seeing the online reviews and testing of this product made it no brainer to have. Although expensive, (maybe a lot to fork out in one go but you can split payments for no interest if you look for it) compared to the value of what its protecting, the sheer peace of mind it brings and the versatility it offers makes it well worth the money.

I already own a litelok lock for my motorcycle which I brought a few years ago. I have purchased a second bike and wanted the best security I could afford for it and have invested in an X1 MOTO. The lock seems very robust and the coating is soft enough not to mark the paintwork. Being a diamond rated product gives me a lot of faith that the lock will help deter potential thieves. Additionally its Designed, built and supplied by a UK company. There are enough independent tests and testimonies online to show you any number of reasons to invest in these products to help keep what's yours, yours
