The process was very smooth, and they kept me updated throughout, which was over a US holiday when the embassies were closed. I received my visa as promised.

After They got the passport and before I received it from FED EX I ask them to send me a picture of the passport. I was able to complete my plans with the information from the photo.

The personnel could be a) better trained; b) friendlier. I was updating my passport due to name change (marriage). Was not informed at the time of intake that the copy of certificate was not good enough. So, after paying $600+, I had to spend more back-n-forth time to get the right doc submitted. Yes did get a call from the head office. They offered to expedite the processing, but I was not in a hurry. Would have preferred a discount on the hefty charge. It's a valuable service, but you could do better.

Arvin doggedly conquered the obstacles for getting an odd visa fo egg me. During the harrowing process he kept me well informed and made sure I got him all the information required. It was not simple from start to finish and he came through for me time after time.

They delivered what they promised! I needed to get my new passport in under 48 hours and I felt like they definitely prioritized my passport. I do think the in-person visit I did could have been more pleasant but overall it didn’t take away too much from my experience.
