I've have been a fan of TravelVisa pro for years, recommended them to friends, etc... but their off shore team (I have one as well so have a decade of experience with the same) is a joke and my recent experience was an absolute nightmare. Paperwork had errors, appointments weren't booked, taking responsibility for said errors was like squeezing water from a stone. What should have been a layup for $400 turned into a 36 hours nightmare.

I needed a passport renewal as quickly as possible. They guided the process on what was needed at my end very carefully and delivered exactly as promised. I overnighted my information to them on a Monday, and got my back renewed passport on Friday.
