Fast and clear instructions , friendly stuff

I was looking for a service to use to renew my Passport as I needed the Passport for a trip and from what I read online, and from my calls, I might have an issue with an appointment at the local passport office. I found Travel Visa Pro online and we decided to make an appointment in the NY office and not mail the Passport. Our appointment was with Rita and we could not have been happier with the service or how she handled the process. She helped with the forms, reviewed the photos, and we were able to do everything in one appointment. The Passport was renewed quickly and it was shipped the next day. We highly recommend the service and had a great experience.
