Really efficient

Needed a prescription after visit to doctors and it arrived next day Brilliant service

Just jolly efficient after early teething problems.

It's so simple. I have a GP app. I just order direct from that. Once ordered I usually have my medication from Lloyd's by post within a couple of days. On the odd occasion when there may be a delay, they keep me informed, but it's seldom more than a day or two late.

Don’t bother way easier and quicker to pick it up from pharmacy even if you haven’t got a pharmacy within a continent-radius of you

What a nice easy site to navigate & understand. "I thought" Then some ware along the line Lloyds didn't transfer me to themselves to deal with my prescription. So next time thing were order they went to my old pharmacy, so i had to spend hours contacting my surgery & Lloyds sorting it out, & now 7-10 days later i still dont have a pharmacy for my prescriptions. They are a joke. UPDATE: 1 Another 2 weeks gone & i am still not registered with Lloyds at my surgery. Totally useless. Update: 2 Anther week has passed & got an email to say all my prescription's had changed to Lloyds, so i logged on & what did i see, they hadn't. If i was running this company, i would be looking for new staff, as this lot is a joke.

Its a shame that some of your delivery boxes are not all capable of going through a letter box. My last Delivery came in a shallow long box which when through the letter box unlike my normal delivery where the box is deeper than a letter box opening and cant be pushed through so left out side available to thieves, luckily so far they have not been nicked though I expect other have the same problem. Perhaps all your boxes should be construct as being letter box friendly.
