These guys sent me the right meds but in the wrong format. Had already spoken about it with them last October - no record of that discussion. Told me at that time they would take the issue up with the manufacturer - clearly a fob off. Now it's a problem I need to sort with my GP - they refuse to assist. Best I just go to the local pharmacy from now on to get the right meds in future.

Had to stop using them as they were constantly late, but worse still, would withhold all medications if one medication was not available. It was all or nothing! Also, impossible to speak to anyone!

Been fairly happy until recently but the wheels seem to be coming off. Two mishaps with orders in 3 weeks, leaving me without medication. Now been told they can see the medication being packaged and it’s my problem, I know for a fact the medication was missing when I opened the box. That’s my last order with them. Sluggish response to problems and disinterest in customer service.

Since my last review, nothing has changed. Every prescription is delayed, sometimes by over a month. They are completely unreliable - avoid.

OK when it works, but impossible to contact when it doesn't, My recent order was missing 1 item. On line chatbot was useless. Phone number purely voicemail and then hangs up. So how do I get the missing item??

Missing medication. They say they posted it but they didn't because it wouldn't have fitted in the box with the rest. They won't take any responsibility. So where are my meds 🤔

I can’t think of a better company to trust with my medication. I have a considerable lengthy monthly prescription and not only physically collecting my prescription not to mention remembering to order it well it would leave me in a mess. So thanks to Pharmacy2U I can relax and forget about it and just pick it up from from my own front door once a month

I received e mail stating my husbands and my prescriptions delivered, only my husbands arrived, knock on door meds left on doorstep for anyone to pick up, no signature required and no sign of my meds. disgusting service, will not use you again nearly waited a week and now i have no meds.
