A little disappointed that medecines have not been available several times but very pleased at the delivery speed on the whole

Fact there was delivered or I called on my travels to collect I can't log in pharmacy to u yet

Have been left in a situation where a vulnerable relative is in severe pain, with their prescription sitting in "checks" status for the past two days. No way to contact them out of office hours Mon-Fri. And cannot return the prescription to collect because apparently it's already been checked, though not sent. Furious with this service, and recommend avoiding as they are dangerous to health based on this experience.

Really great service😊 I love using Lloyds direct it’s so easy you order your medication on the app and the doctor agrees and Lloyds send your order within a couple of days. I would definitely recommend this company 😊
