Excellent service always very prompt. Any problems they notify me straight away.

New app is not user friendly. Normally have medication sent to my local post office but it was not possible to do this on this app. Therefore had to be delivered to my house. Arrived in little more than an ordinary envelope and boxes were all crushed. Second order wanted to collect from my local pharmacy but no option to do this. Had to phone up. What’s the point of this if using an app? Lloyds direct app was fantastic and echo before that. Will be changing to another online pharmacy or my local pharmacy now.

The system works really good for me, even if I forget that I'm running down on tablets I always get a timely reminder, and always posted within a few days. Very good service 👏

Rhe Lloyds Direct app was absolutely brilliant before they were taken over by pharmacy2U. I could manage meds for all my family, enter stock of each medicine and it would remind me when to order each one, I could use preferred names and delivery was good. It was easy to use and I could cancel the prescription and pick up locally if there was an issue. On the new pharmacy2U app much of this functionality has been lost. I can’t use preferred names. I can’t manage meds for others in the app, it needs to switch to the website. It only sends one reminder, regardless if you have different meds which need ordering at different intervals. It doesn’t tell you which med needs to be ordered, which is hard work if family are on multiple meds. There is not the same ‘I need it quicker’ option to cancel and collect locally. Bring back the old app….!!!!!!!
