This location was great! The staff were very patient and caring especially my sales rep, Martin! He was so patient working with my father who’s English is limited and spent a lot of time on my family to help us the best way... really appreciated his effort and definitely recommend Martin!! 👍🏻

P.S...Bad......Please (Read)........I had a really great sales person hands down will not take anything from this person. Had a great finance manager Sean, things looked and has be going well.Sean did get me approved because I did think it wasn't gonna be possible due to debt ratio being very high, he proves me wrong. I was really grateful and excited for that. I went through several vehicles to pick which one I would rather have. That night, I did not pick a vehicle, it was overwhelming I went home and slept on it overnight the next day... The finance managers Sean was off of work the next day, I should have waited for him to return back to work, but I went on through with dealing with another finance manager. I came back and pick the vehicle I wanted and was not giving the CARFAX report into after signing the contract, which was my fault Sitting in the office, I should have called the deal off, but they convince me. It will be ok reading the the CARFAX report identified the car had an accident on it, but did not reveal what damage was replaced to the vehicle that changed my mind on the particular deal, they tried to assure me that it was nothing major and that if I take the car for the weekend and see, if I like the car, if I didn't like the car that I had 7 days to exchange to another vehicle, so. the very next day I notified them.eastern motors that I wanted to exchange the vehicle I slept on it was not comfortable with the purchase, I looked on eastern motors wed site located the same identical vehicle that had more options, from a SL package to a Platinum package vehicle.I was told no problem, they were bring the vehicle up the next day that became now Monday 2/6/2019 got there on Monday 5:pm to see the new vehicle, they did not have it, they tell me that they were short staffed and couldn't bring the vehicle up today they will have it there the next day which was Tuesday 2/7/2019 so now it's Tuesday, they still don't have the vehicle so I am 👿👿👎👎😾Mad and they tell me that they certified my loan with the bank already, and that was a true statement because the bank had called me @2pm PM today. which now is only the third day, so if you have 7 days to exchange a vehicle, how did they certify the vehicle within 3 days with the bank?????......I am every Concerned at this point....they are not changed this vehicle out. So I put $4,500.00 Down on the car...now They tell me that I would need to put more money down to get into the other vehicle which I had to ask how would that be possible when the vehicles cost the same price $22,000 and both the vehicle cost the same in price?? Now they Trying to explain to me that it had 20,000 more miles. That would cause more if a down payment, so I agreed to put more down in the payment, bring me the new car now please. So now they tell me the car will be there the next day, which is now Wednesday 2/6/2019. Now, this is the 5th day...they are stalling out.point I knew I was being hi jet. and tooking for my money. I was not being offered the exchange policy which they lied about. At this point, I got in the car and drove to their Temple hills, Maryland location to enquire and about the new car and see it and exchange the vehicle and notified the manager at a nother location, they gave me customer care number and to get in contact with the regional manager today is Thursday 2/7/2019, spoke with the regional manager Alex, and he assured me, he truly apologized He will, fix the situation today 2/7/2019, I was told to come back to the Baltimore location at around 5 p.m. 6 p.m. to see the car for the exchange I arrived at the location they have no car now they're going to explain to me as I call the customer care regional manager back Alex is who I spoke to which is a joke customer care customer. care absolutely less about anything once they have your money now Alex is gonna tell me, let him check and see where the vehicles is he gets back on the phone and notify me that the vehicle was sold today 2/7/2019 if I requested this car for exchange on Saturday was told it would be there Monday then told it would be there Tuesday, and thin told it will be there Wednesday 2/6/2019, and now today, they tell me its sold today, how could a car that was already reserved to me, which means they never had any intentions of doing the 7 days exchange, which was a hoax. This place, play a lot of games which it will end up in a civil suit case.so customer care was notified and absolutely play games yes, they did get me approved, they did get me a car that I like? but once the CARFAX report came out, it blew the deal and I, as the customer who paid my money, wanted a exchange, and they did not hold up on their Policy, so they're illegally holding me to a car I do not want to purchase now And the vehicle has a crack in the window shield and a broken. Remote start, but now they are refusing to fix because I have called the police and have notified the commission board for resolution. . Civil suit. if you purchase a vehicle from this company, hold your deposit after the 7 days to make sure you don't want to make a exchange do not give them your deposit until you are assure this is the car you want.I am very upset and disappointed in Eastern Motors because they appeared that everything was ok, but that's not how they handle things I will be seeking an attorney in the morning. Plus. the public service commission. Be Very Warned

Price gouging!

Not sure how they advertise that the help people. Eastern thrive on customers with bad to fair credit and make money off of them by giving them high intrest rates that keep them indebted to them for a long time. Eastern price goug their cars when you dont have experience on how to shop for a care. They had me pay twenty one thousand on a car that the blue book value was fourteen thousand as of the time I bought a car from them. This was the worst mistake of my life by steeping into this dealership. People please be warned.

Yassine Bouchlouch was my sales associate he went above and beyond to make sure purchasing my vehicle went as smoothly as possible... I got the exact vehicle I was looking for with all the amenities included that I wanted. Great experience would definitely refer new customers and would return when I'm ready to purchase again.

If you were going here to buy a car you better think twice and make sure you check your inspection for Maryland to make sure it's not 30 days old if they took more than 30 days old it is no good to you they are selling cars with bad tires bad rotors to not give you a key to the car I had to go out and buy four brand new tires and rotors and wipers and it says they pass inspection I took it to inspection station less than 30 days and it failed now I am in the process of filing a civil suit against them I would not advise you to buy a car from Eastern Motors they do not stand up to the word damn why I was sitting in there a lady came in with engine lights on she bought the car 10 days ago they test drove it and said yes the lights are on one there's nothing they could do about it it's not under their warranty and plus they do not give you a Maryland inspection sticker like they supposed to it went for Maryland inspection one month and said it passed then it went for Virginia inspection on a later date with less miles just watch yourself when you buy a car at Eastern Motors bad deal like I said I am in the process of filing civil suit against them
