Truly a scam. JT and James Smith of Temple Hills sold me a car with crash damage prior. They did not tell me there was prior damage. They had me sign a warranty without my knowledge and the current GM, Rick Hosn, will not cancel my warranty. The contract clearly reads, "EXCEPT IN MARYLAND, THIS AGREEMENT IS NON-CANCELABLE AFTER THIRTY(30) DAYS. IN MARYLAND, THIS AGREEMENT MAY BE CANCELLED AFTER THIRTY(30) DAYS IN WHICH CASE A PRO-RATA REFUND BASED ON THE UNEXPIRED TERM OF THE AGREEMENT LESS CLAIMS PAID LESS A CANCELLATION FEE IN THE AMOUNT OF THIRTY-FIVE($35.00) DOLLARS WILL BE ISSUED. So, I should not have to pay for a lawyer, when your contract states you can cancel that for me. I myself am a used/new car salesman and I am 100 percent transparent when it comes to the contract and extended warranty such as this. I did not sign up for this, no one explained it to me, and now they do not want to remove it? This issue has been ongoing with Easterns for 6 months now.
My car buying experience at Eastern Automotive Group
Me and my husband really had a great experience there last week! We bought a car from them and we love it. We went to the Millersville location and everyone was great especially our salesman Jose, who went above and beyond to help us, even staying almost 2 hours after closing to ensure we were satisfied. So thanks to you Jose and everyone there for making a great impression on us! We'll be returning to that location when it's time for my husband to buy himself a truck.

I have brought my vehicle October 2018 the first thing the dome light was not working, I felt rushed thru the whole process I was at the location from 2pm to 9pm the vehicle of my request was to be white they pull up a burnt orange vehicle since then to now I have experience so much with this vehicle having to get my brakes done twice , tires , to every morning I heat my vehicle up the vehicle has a loud noise as I’m driving on the highway I hear a loud noise not sure if it’s bolt loose or what I’m literally about to get rid of this vehicle from

If I could have left the star rating blank I would have. The sales person was extremely friendly and really wanted to make a sale. I also wanted to purchase a car. After reading the paperwork, I noticed that they wanted me sign off that the vehicle had inspection and there was no indication that it did. The vehicle had not had inspection, the tires were worn and one tire had a large slice in it. The seats were soiled. I was advised all of this would be taken care of. It wasnt. The brakes were squeaking. I complained about all of this and was made out to look like I had no knowledge of what was going on. Fast forward...1 week after purchasing the car the brakes start scrubbing. Tires blew out, car wouldnt start because the battery was faulty. I am extremely disappointed and I dont recommend this dealership in alexandria to ANYONE! Please beware. Most good reviews will come from people who were either desperate to get in a car or simply because the sales person asked for a review. The sales person I had texted me almost 5x to leave a positive review. He stopped asking when I advised him of the repairs needed. Its been a month now and Im still fixing things. The 20 min inspection must have been with a business they contract with it was not accurate and I have been told after having it done again that they vehicle should not have passed inspection. There is no miscommunication when things arent done but have been bought to the attention of the sales person.

I don't typically leave reviews but the staff at the Alexandria location (Amir Taghi, Moustapha Bacha and, Kevin) were professional, friendly, courteous, accommodating and went above and beyond my expectations! I can't say enough about the staff and how at ease they made me feel about the buying process because they provided me with all of the necessary details. This was only my second car after my vehicle was totaled by a careless driver and I hope everyone can have the same experience I had at the Alexandria dealership! I HIGHLY recommend anyone in the market for a vehicle to visit the Alexandria location...you will not be disappointed! Thanks again, for everything, I am really enjoying my new used car!

The face to face contact was up to par but promises were made that were not kept. I was told before buying my car that the scratched on the leather rear door panels were fixable and then after I came back to have them fixed was told "No we cant fix it". I complained about the car making a loud noise from the muffler and its soo loud like Im dragging a rattling cart- I was told it was nothing wrong by the staff. Its the worst decision Ive made. The car wasn't cleaned nor detailed when I first purchased it. They attempted to clean the car and I was told to complete the process myself after they gave me a bottle of paint scratch repair but I literally had to take wipes and clean every section they missed at home. Carlos was no help when I was at the MVA where they requested my title paperwork that was never sent; my bank threatened to increase my loan since they never received the paperwork from Easterns to solidify my interest rate as well. The behind the scenes "work" or (lack there of) was horrible. I'm still having troubles with this car and thinking about trading it in before the year is out. WORST BUY EVER! I hate this car as is why should I have to take the car to dealerships to fix what they missed I haven't even had the car for 6mo yet...horrible just horrible.
