Bad Service!

The Advertiser job is your credit but the whole thing is based on your credit they charge you based on your credit your down payment is based on your credit your interest rate which is mine is 24% is based on your credit it's a big f****** lie

Manager was rude and the salesman didn’t know anything about the vehicles at all! Joke of a company and just a joke all around. Will never be back to an easterns dealer in my lifetime and will not recommend. #laurelbranch

Overall, happy with the customer service and time they took to get the financing where I needed it. Car could have been cleaned more thoroughly and some minor issues I was told would be fixed weren't. Not as accommodating or willing to negotiate as a larger dealers I've used before, but it was a good price without too much sales pressure.

Bad service my car didn’t came with the manual book I been send them email but they they never reply me back . I never buy car to this place

at first they said i was buying a 7 seater sr5. i trusted them and not check if it was really 7 seater. when i got home and realize that it was just a 5 seater i called them immediately and they said they will call me back. they never called back. and i called them again and again.they never appologize or even give me a call. i went to the show room the following day and all they said is that it was all my fault and that i should have checked it first before buying it. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM EVER!!!

My purchase was a very bad experience and I will never go back or refer no one there.
