This is a good company to do business with my salesman Justin Wells is a total professional he took time and explained the entire process so it was easy to make a decision and I am glad I did every day when I drive my Jetta. The atmosphere at Easterns was very calm Justin was very professional at no time did I feel pressured I highly recommend Justin and Easterns to all my friends and family

Didn't get to pick a car they just forced me to get the car they chose. High interest rate and the battery died with in the first week off the lot. Wouldn't replace my battery either because they said warranty don't cover batteries. Overall bad experience. Had to sit in the dealership for 2 whole days in order to get the car too. Won't be a customer at Eastern motors anymore.

I expressed a certain type of vehicle that I was really interested in seeing. I was shown something else. This vehicle has 2 really bad blind spots in the front and since I am short, am sitting too low to the ground. My tail bone is uncomfortable. I specifically requested to look at a 5 door vehicle.

A very dissatisfied customer the entire staff was very unprofessional and disrespectful. I brought a 2015 Corvette which I later found out had a major water 💦 leak which forced me to return the vehicle within ten days of the purchase. The General Manager Mr. Ali advised me to return the vehicle and that Eastern Motors was going to charge me lots of money for returning the water damage vehicle. I was charged $965.00 in fees and only given $7,026 of my $8,000 deposit which I think was very unfair. Re-stocking fee : $300 10 day usage: $599 Total: $965 Return check: $7,026 I contacted the previous owner who personal information was left inside of the glove box he confirmed that the vehicle does have major water problems and advised me where to look for water leaking into the vehicle when the vehicle is being washed or left outside in heavy rain down pour. One day when it was raining really bad I videotaped the water seeping through the doorways of the vehicle causing the passenger and driver‘s floor boards to be soaked wet. After returning the vehicle I noticed that EASTERN MOTOR’s had put the same vehicle back on display for resale without fixing the major water problem unbelievable. I have sent three videos along with a detailed letter to SEVEN ON YOUR SIDE TV news station. To show them how customers are being cheated and ripped off from Eastern motors I deserve a full refund.

The people that I worked with were very professional they are prompt they treated me with respect and most of all they helped me at a time where I didn't even think that I will be able to get a car financed. I would definitely recommend them again my sales associate Emmanuel was excellent he did an excellent job he was new at his job recently starting in the sales arena and it didn't even really show, for him to have such a great spirit and prompt service was awesome. thanks Eastern Motors. I would recommend them again and I would definitely go back to purchase from them.
