Buyers Beware
Buyers Beware! I deeply regret my decision to purchase a car from Easterns Automotive Group. I bought the car long distance, from Atlanta GA which I will never do again. I trusted Easterns only to be completely duped into a terrible car buying experience. The actual sales process went very well, Darius was professional, attentive, and did the best job of all the sales people I had worked with at other dealerships. The trust I built with Darius deeply influenced my decision to buy. Being that it was a long distance purchase, I never got to actual see or test drive the car, it was delivered to me after the purchase. We were so excited to see the car arrive only to be very disappointed when we turned the car on to find a check engine light on. In addition, I found that none of the entertainment package accessories (remote, headphones, etc) were in the car. I called Easterns and was told to bring my car to a nearby, local Infitniti dealership to have m issues addressed. Turned out to be a major repair, over $3k for the part and labor. On top of that, I found that there were several other issues with the car that were clearly never reviewed by Easterns before selling the car. To make matters worse, the battery died the next day leaving my wife stranded. I had to drive to meet her to jump start our new car 2 days after purchasing it and had to immediately install a new battery. Rather than just addressing these issues with Infiniti, Easters actually made me me have the car returned from Atlanta, GA back to Washington DC for them to review. That left me without a car for over 10 days, with no loaner. They actually made me pay for the missing entertainment package accessories they marketed with the car. All in all, I wish I knew what a hassle this car buying experience would be before I made the decision to trust Easterns. This was a complete cluster and I would warn anyone looking to buy from them to be careful.

THEY SOLD ME A RUST/CORRODED CAR!!
sold me a 2018 honda civic 11/21 broke down completely in less than 3mo,3 mechanics checked the car including honda dealership in rockville and they are completely baffled as to why a 3 year old car would have so much rust and corrosion all along the electrical harness and missing bolts...they feel it was in a flood or sat in water for a while. Reached out to customer service and upper management in easterns they washed their hands by just saying its past the 30 day 1,000 mile guarantee, even though we did take it in for noise under the carriage and or engine and they assured us it was totally fine.Now not even the warranty that they offered is any good either since they denied the claim also!! please dont shop here!! would like to let anyone know u can open a complaint with MVA and attorney generals office!! they do not need to be in business!!

I left Front Royal, Va to drive down to the Sterling, Va office and wanted to be there one hour after they opened. Got there at 10 am one hour after they opened. I walked around for about 30 minutes looking for the truck that I was looking for and the ad said it was in Sterling. So I finally walked in the office and 7 people were in the office eating Chick-Fil and not one said good morning. So I said good morning! I am looking for a truck #xxxxxxxxx. No one said anything. One guy finally said it's not ready yet. So I swear, I waited for 3 minutes and no one said anything! Eating thier Chick-Fil! Folks! Beware! The response team for this group is worn out! Beware!
