I used Property Searches Direct for my holiday let in the Cotswolds, and I have to say the service I Received was absolutely fantastic particularly Daniel Hamilton-Charlton. I was kept up to speed every step of the way, the searches were fast and even when there was a slight issue with one of the searches they put as much resource behind as possible to get it sorted. Really recommend these guys if you need property searches, they will turn it around quickly and keep you updated via email or telephone every step of the way!!

We're in the process of moving home and chose to use Property Searches Direct to perform all searches for the house we're buying as we were warned of a long wait for the local authority search in the area we're moving to and this allowed us to get the process kicked off sooner. Communication was great with a courtesy call after we submitted the order, regular emailed updates and responses to our questions often within minutes. Getting the searches sent to us at the same time as our solicitor also allowed us to get reassurance that things were progressing and that nothing negative was being found.

Simply Brilliant I used them to get searches for a property I was buying. Solicitors faff and make noises about how long this takes.
