Genuine, professional and friendly service! Highly recommended Trying to get my purchase completed before the Stamp Duty deadline, and my own conveyancer had given me a duration for search completion that would have missed that deadline (costing me a load of money). Contacted PSD, who responded straight away, and they gave me a duration for the searches that would enable me to meet the deadline (and save a load of money!). Then found out the very next day that the searches had been completed by my own conveyancer, and no longer needed PSD to complete the searches. Happy to say I received a full refund! Although PSD did not need to carry out the searches in the end, will definitely use again next time, for reliable search durations and peace of mind

These guys are fabulous, I cannot rate them highly enough. I’ve had a run of bad luck on the property purchase front and they’ve gone above and beyond to help me out, even to the point of putting a bespoke package together as searches bought from a previous buyer were only basic ones. The searches these guys provide are upgraded, in depth and far superior than those offered by most Solicitors which then require the buyer to purchase additional searches if full information is required. They also come back within a day to two with only the Local Search taking longer. Won’t use anyone else in the future. Keep up the good work!

From start to finish PSD have been an absolute joy to deal with and I can't recommend them highly enough. About 30 seconds after placing my order online I had a call from Daniel just to confirm the details were correct and to explain how the process works. Everything was stress free and I received ALL my searches (including local) within 7 days. Daniel also helped clear up issues, queries and mistakes made by my conveyancer and has absolutely the fastest response time of any company I've ever dealt with. If anyone is weighing up the option of getting your searches carried out directly vs waiting for your solicitor I absolutely suggest you take this route instead, it's both faster and cheaper. Even if your solicitor suggests otherwise!
