Fantastic service! Sped up our conveyancing process by about 4-6 previous weeks. We ordered them on the same day when putting the house on the market with EweMove. We never knew before that you as a vendor or a buyer may order the searches on your own and be ahead of the game, saving the anxiety when solicitors don’t communicate so swiftly, you know exactly when all the searches come in, you get them by email at the same time when your (their) solicitor gets them. I required a site environmental report to satisfy a condition on a structural warranty we are putting on a barn conversion project. I went on line and filled in the details. As the site is not that straight forward and is somewhat confusing One of your agents telephoned me and with the site area up on my computer we were able to discuss what extent of the land was included. Reports were received quickly except for the local authority search, which having used this service twice recently I can say is purely down to a lack of resources at the local council departments, and is nothing to do with Property Searches Direct.
