Tackle Direct has gone dark.....

I like others can not get a response from Tackle Direct after I placed my order. They promptly charged my CC and sent a confirming email. I have emailed them twice and tried to live chat twice. This is my last attempt before I dispute the charge with Citicard. If you are reading this my order number is W-880778. All you need to do is respond to the chats or email me.

No responses to several email inquiries about my order. Ordered 6 S&S bucktails on 5/31 but only received 2. I was charged the full amount of $30 for the order. I have ordered from this company for many years with good results but will never place an order again. Disappointing

Zero response to inquiries about my order number. No confirmation email about my order. They sure didn’t mind taking my $500.00 bucks. I wouldn’t order anything else from this outfit. Their customer service is lower than the scum on the bottom of a sewage lagoon. Judging by the other negative reviews, I’m not alone in the getting screwed department.

Poor Sales Support (Grade: F-)

I placed an order for $393.38 on Thursday, June, 04, 2020. On June 9th, 2020, I hadn't received an email confirmation that my order had shipped, so I called & was instructed by an automated system to send an email to sales@tackledirect so I did so. On June 19, 2020, since I hadn't received a reply I sent a 2nd email. Due to no reply, on June 23, 2020, I sent a third email.

Great product

Yes I received it in a timely manner, unfortunately it worked to well. Lost it on red snapper trip, probably a blacktip shark. So I will be ordering another Halco Max 190.
