I have orders 2 months old and I have still not received what I paid for. I have tried three different times to call and I have sent three different emails regarding my orders. Finally received any email saying my package was delivered and it never was. If you are going to continue to use the virus as an excuse to why things are not shipping, then shut your business down until you can get it right. Otherwise you will continue to receive bad reviews about how you conduct business.

I have not received my order from 2 months ago . I got a confirmation email saying it was shipping but still nothing. Can't get a response email and no body answers the phone.

i ordered a rod last week under the impression it would take a few extra days for my order to be processed. not only does it still say pending, but it says they’re out of stock now after i ordered when they were still in stock. this place is either very unorganized and unprofessional or they are a complete scam.
