Purchased a Tsunami Airwave Elite 9'6" surf rod. Wonderful rod. Perfect for casting light to medium metal and other lures. Great feel, yet with enough backbone to fight nice sized fish. Delivery was fast and the rod was extremely well packaged in a crush proof cardboard tube with the tip carefully wrapped.

Call in early Saturday morning 7/27/ 19 waiting 30 minutes no answer left the phone number for call back wait another 5 hrs no one call back .... continue call about 5 time and each time wait about 20 minutes still no one answer. What the heck is the company, I other from them to many time but this time is last time in my life never other anything from them

I ordered some lures on June 24st listed as in stock. They are still listed in stock, but I have received ONE lure. Called customer service, but cannot get a person on the phone. Written 2 times to just have the order cancelled without a response. I don't know what their issue is this time because it's never happened before when I ordered from TD.
