My son ordered some plastic baits that were supposedly in stock and in fact were not. That was fine we understand that. Although when he called to check on the order, the representative that answered the phone had no idea when we would receive the merchandise and that’s fine as well but, he was very rude to my son. He had them on speaker and my wife was listening and confirmed his story. Very disappointed. Glad I was not listening. I have zero tolerance for bad customer service.
