Not impressed with their level of service and then charge you a high Broker fee for a complex case because one person is self employed and we wanted to borrow out of the house, Not complex in my eyes. Constantly had to chase for updates and they got the completion date wrong, took them 4 days to tell me we had completed. Waste of money, your better off going to a Bank and letting them do it all.
