Brilliant service

Had a great experience with this company. The online system was simple and the staff were knowledgeable and always available to help with queries (Lorna and Paul). They helped find better prices when rates went down (although once we contacted them) and were quick to call and pass information on where needed. Would definitely use next time as we have no understanding of the systems at all!

On several occasions, I perceived a lack of communication and had to initiate phone calls to request updates. Additionally, there were instances where I had to resubmit and redistribute documents that had previously been shared. Consequently, what I initially anticipated to be an efficient process felt unnecessarily repetitive.

Misled on high costs of service. Essentially they charge you and the bank a fee. Fee I was quoted was £1500 after initial £195 (non refundable deposit) which they charged just for getting an agreement in principle. When I received the contract and the high fees I went elsewhere but I am now lost £195. My advice use the new homes group. Same service but no fees to customers. Who wants 1500 pounds added to mortgage??
