Completion aspect was poorly handled and ended up late - seem unable to make things happen - at least two staff just could not tell how I could resolve the situation which I only found out about whilst on holiday. In the end I had to speak to the solicitor for the bank as they said they could not get an answer! Never ever had such issues in a simple mortgage transaction.

Huge praise for this organisation, and in particular for Phil Atton who looked after me with care and a lot of patience, beginning late in 2023. I was on the hunt for a new deal, and Phil very kindly took me through the different options over a few telephone calls. As promised, he did come up with a number of possibilities. However, my existing broker managed to come up with one that trumped it, and also meant less paperwork, legal issues, etc. Otherwise, I would have taken the deal on offer. Nonetheless, I would highly recommend Your Mortgage People to anyone looking for a new deal, or indeed for first time buyers.
