A great experience with Your Mortgage People. Our advisor, Simon, was really helpful, friendly and great to speak with. Being local to us also helped! Simon went through the questions efficiently and was patient with us scrabbling for information. He knew his stuff and gave us some great advice that we hadn't had elsewhere. Ultimately, we haven't gone with ymp as we already had a MIP with the best option - this was another plus for Simon as he was honest about the fact we already had the best deal so couldn't help this time. Because of the service, we would absolutely look to use in future!

Very easy procedure

Really difficult to speak to anyone after we agreed to deal, felt as if it was rushed through before Christmas holidays, not sure if best deal, also still haven’t received the house valuation we were told would be done as part of package.

Mortgage people were outstanding in customer service. They may it a very easy process.

Service was ok but they are very expensive and not clear about the total fee upfront infact I felt that they were deliberately underhand about it. Would not recommend or use again.

What the difference was the understanding that the staff had with my situation, they dealt with me professionally and were absolutely committed on getting me the best deal that I could get.
