These people made my re-mortgage easy however the solicitor they use let us down. Constant updates. no need to chase them but if you need anyone they are always there. I would recommend them but do some research on the solicitor first. They also offer a useful service to look at insurance while your with them. No pressure to purchase. just good advice.

From beginning to end, I was kept upto date. Communication was 1st class!

I think a one to one conversation would help, sometimes there are questions that are to extensive for emails and it would be quicker to speak direct !
