It was not until the end of the call were I had given all info I was told they charge a 695 finders fee. So bear that in mind. Got handed straight to another person once deal was done but they were helpful

From the start I felt confident, I had chosen a good firm. During the process I had 3-4 different people to deal with. The Sols were awful, I had 2 at one point. Due to delay on a completion date. I produced resettlement figures only having to get up-to-date resettlement figures again 2 months later meaning I lost out financially on both the interest and paying higher mortgage rates. I felt i did most of the chasing up with Sols. Not a good experience.

I was contacted by Matt firstly, and then Jessica, both were really helpful and professional. I would definitely recommend your mortgage people as everything is done with the minimum of fuss. Keep up the good work 👍👍

I thought that the adviser was great at first ,until completion and I had to pay all fees us extra that should not have incurred. Everything was soposed to be added , never explained had to pay out of proceeds at the end Noone interested to complain too , also complained about mortgage company getting payment date wrong which has cost me having to pay 2 payments in one month as they put the wrong date on .noone interested in helping

Your Mortgage People have been brilliant. They basically advised me for free and didn't charge me upfront. I was kept informed the whole way through and advised to lock in my rate early by 6 months to keep a low rate so I did. I have just had my remortgage done and it was straight forward and most importantly stress free! Highly recommend.
