All fees were explained up front. I didn’t have to dig through the small print like so many other brokers. Fantastic communications from start to finish. Each individual staff member for the various stages introduced themselves and couldn’t go out of their way enough to help us, resulting in a very quick turnaround. When it came to extra insurances (which we didn’t need) they didn’t try the hard sell - which is so often apparent in this game! Will definitely be back when our fix ends..
