I read the advert from your mortgage people on Facebook and thought I’d respond thinking they wouldn’t be able to help me.Then I was contacted by Emma who took all of my details explained what would happen next and within a couple of hours was back on the phone and taking into account all credit/store/loans/and a two part mortgage said she’d found a deal which would save me £1200 a month on what I was paying,I was thinking this is too good to be true but it wasn’t.Then after starting the process it was across to Megan for the next phase of the process who was equally as good to deal with as was Emma and finally the deal was brought to a conclusion by Emily.I was kept in the loop for every stage of the deal Which was always explained in English so I was able to understand each stage.Here I am now £1200 a month better off and all because of the professionalism shown to me by the Your Mortgage Team.
