The mortgage people did arrange my remortgage however what should have been a simple process took 11 months to complete so had I been buying I would have definitely lost any property. I would get used to dealing with one person and then be passed to another. When I would enquire how long it would take I would be passed off and would not receive an answer. All that said everyone was pleasant to deal with.

Getting the mortgage was brilliant they were really helpful. The only problem I had was with the portal system they use. They are impossible to speak to on the phone. The system has lots of issues. Problems with them saying they hadn’t received paper work etc .. the portal was the only problem and very frustrating.
