i found "your Mortgage People" extremely helpful. The process was seamless and without any fuss. I hardly needed to contact them. I was kept up to date at all times so there was no need for me to call up for updates. Got to say it's one of the easiest and I'll definitely use them again in the future. these things shouldn't be stressful and with these guys, it's not! As easy as buying a tin of beans! Very deserving of 5 stars.

Amazing Service from start to finish. Paul Jerrim and Simon Birkmyre were amazing at the start and helped look at the bigger picture for me with no judgement and then Daniel Collis in the follow up has been a dream to deal with. Don't explain everything about fee's

Both members of staff especially Megan could not be more helpful. Right from the start on the application respectful, helpful,courteous above all excellent customer service to the extent they both deserve a simply thank you award or a performance bonus. Megan talked me through every single detail as I was going through so much at the time. She stayed patient informative and understating showing empathy at all times talking me through the thing's that I didn't understand.

We were a difficult profile. Due to age and loan requirements having been on interest free morgage. Peter went above & beyond in his search for something affordable. First option failed at last stage after a great deal of effort. Finally he tried an unknown to him option and we now have a mortgage we can manage. Many thanks to Peter & team.
